Initiated in 2014, Swachh Vidyalaya – ‘Bachcho Ka, Bachcho Ke Liye, Bachcho Dwara’ is a campaign to promote healthy, hygienic practices in schools, homes and in the community with the slogan of “Pehle Safai, Phir Padhai”. The objective of the campaign is to sensitize the children towards the need and importance of cleanliness and create a hygienic environment in schools.

As a part of the campaign, SRF Foundation ensures functional, well-maintained water, sanitation and hygiene facilities in schools and supports appropriate behavior among children. The program also aims to improve the health of children, increase school enrolment, attendance and retention.
