Capgemini InnoSTEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Mathematics) is an innovation of the Capgemini School Adoption Project, deployed across twenty three schools in Noida, Chennai and Bengaluru. The aim of the project is to bring about cultural and behavioral change in teachers and students through STEAM based education. It endeavours to develop the requisite skills in teachers and students to think scientifically and solve problems. Under the InnoSTEAM project, SRF Foundation has hosted a Masters Training Program with support from the Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing (IIITDM), Kanchipuram. With solutions to life’s challenges, prototypes have been made by the students and their teachers. A number of experiments have been felicitated with cash prize and mementos at district and state-level competitions.
