In March 2018, SRF Foundation joined hands with InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo) for the holistic transformation and digital inclusion of Government schools and villages under the ‘IndiGo – School Adoption Program’. The program aims to transform Government schools into ‘Model Schools’ through the academic, digital and infrastructural upgrades. Currently, the program is active in five locations namely, Indore in Madhya Pradesh, Greater Noida in Uttar Pradesh, Vadodara in Gujarat, Dehradun in Uttarakhand and Dibrugarh in Assam.

Age-appropriate learning outcomes, physical transformation of basic facilities, promoting leadership among stakeholders and developing ownership among communities are key focus areas of the program.
