Passionate about my work in education and empowering students and faculty to be skilled and future-ready is a great goal to strive for.
Have rich experience of managing large-scale education projects in a programmatic manner involving work with Education Boards at Central and state level – both K12 and Higher Education leading to strong learning outcomes for educators and students. Collaborating with Govt and large chains to drive impact through skilling, transformation and multiple solutions. Have effectively managed programs like State level skilling programs, Showcase School and MIE Expert Educator programs. Have managed teams, worked in multi-cultural environment and have contributed to policy initiatives. Have worked with various policy leaders across states and have a very clear understanding on transforming education systems for impact. We have managed Education Transformation Framework Workshops for hundreds of Education leaders over the last few years.
Have engaged with Government bodies, State Boards of Education, and Niti Ayog on Atal Tinkering Labs impacting nearly a million teachers. Have worked with public and private Universities on Skilling programs. Worked with CBSE & other education boards on Artificial Intelligence, Coding, and Data Science curriculum.
Authored 13 books – Services Management, Innovation, Technology Management published by OxfordPress, Springer-Germany and Apple Press New Jersey. Published over 100 papers in leading international and national journals. Launched and edited two journals- Journal of Services Research and Journal of Technology Management for Growing Economies.

- 2014-15 Public Sector Heroes Award; Greg Butler Award in the World Wide Evangelism Team for outstanding contribution to education evangelism for 2014-2015; Champion PS team for FY 14-15 for exceptional work; Quarterly PS Hero for FY 15 Q4- Greenest Subsidiary and achievement of scorecards; Award – Brand Enabler in PS India for the year FY 16-17; Award -Compliance Champion in FY 18-19; Award for “ Making a Difference” in July 2019 at The MS Company Kick off in Gurgaon; Recognition for work on Remote Learning in FY 20
