She previously worked at LabourNet Services India Pvt. Ltd. as a Vice president. Monisha has also attended University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2014.

With over 25 years’ experience in executive and education management, Monisha is working as a Chief Executive Officer since 2018 in Aanudip Foundation with a mission to generate digitized career opportunities for the unemployed and marginalized youth through training in information technology. She has been a part of LabourNet, aleading social enterprise in the space of livelihood generation in the past. Before stepping into the development space, she spent over a decade in school and higher education, including capacity building of trainers for Educational Testing Services.

Her education profile holds a postgraduate degree in Physics from Jadavpur University, Kolkata, and is an alumna of the Haas Business School, UC Berkeley.
