Neha has 15+ years of experience in education programs. She is currently the Director for the Schools program and part of the executive leadership team at Quest Alliance in Bengaluru, a nonprofit trust that equips young people with 21st century skills by enabling self-learning. Educator capacity building, learning experience design and program management are her core skill sets. She has worked extensively on both learner and teacher facing curriculum for 21st century skills development. This has entailed applying blended learning approaches and tools. The school’s program has been implemented with 5000+ teachers, 3 lakhs + learners across 10 states in India.
A core part of her work has also been on adolescent development with a focus on girls education, building STEM mindsets and career exploration. As part of that she worked on developing Career Quest, a digital game to introduce career decision making to young people. The game was recognised as the top 100 innovations by the Hundred organisation in Finland.
Her interest also lies in leadership development in civil society organisations. She started her career in the CSR space with the ICICI Foundation supporting programs in teacher education and curriculum development. She has a Masters in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Sociology.
